My Grandfather, Reginald White, served as an observer in 48 Squadron of the RAF during the First World War. This Blog is about my research into his experiences during the War.
Hi Michael, I'm doing work on the CO of 48 Squadron: Keith Park. I was wondering if we could correspond. My email address is: a.claasen@massey.ac.nz Many thanks, Adam
Hi Matthew, I believe that Doddy in several of the photographs that you have on this blog is 175586 Sgt William Banks Dodd who was an observer in a 48 Squadron Bristol Fighter that crashed on landing on 21st August 1918 with 2nd Lt GCS Bowring at the helm, both men were unhurt.
